IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AARP/UNITED HEALTHCARE AND HUMANA PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN PREMIUMS

Due to a systems error, participants in the AARP/United Healthcare plans and participants in the Humana prescription drug plan were mistakenly reimbursed for their January premium payment(s), without having requested a January premium reimbursement.

What this could mean to you:

  • If you received a January premium reimbursement you did not request and would like to keep the amount reimbursed, you may keep that reimbursement and your RRA balance will reflect the amount you received.
  • If you received a January premium reimbursement you did not request and do not want to keep the reimbursement, please contact an MMA/RHA Direct Advocate at 855-346-5170 to discuss your options.

For February through the end of the year, unless you have set-up a recurring Pay Me Back for your AARP/United Healthcare or Humana prescription drug plan premium payments, you will need to submit a reimbursement request to be reimbursed for your monthly premium payments to these plans. Please contact a WageWorks representative at 877-924-3967 if you have any questions or needs assistance with a reimbursement.
